“Cannot see how you can improve it. One suggestion would be child locks on the cupboard with cleaning products/first aid...” - implemented

“Internet access...” - this is quite costly and hard to support/manage. We suggest customers use either WiFi dongles or one of the free WiFi pubs/coffee shops etc
“Milk jug and sugar bowl” - we’ll look out for these
“Spare bulb for hall lamp” - spare bulbs were available in kitchen cupboard, now working.
